Thank you for choosing the Sandhills Spay Neuter Veterinary Clinic (SNVC) for your Pets spay/neuter surgery! Appointments can be scheduled by calling (910) 725-8188 or by clicking the “Appointment Request” form button below. For all appointments we require a $50.00 deposit to be made prior to scheduling. This is NOT your full payment for surgery. The deposit you make goes towards the price of surgery if you come to your scheduled appointment. The remainder of your surgery appointment balance is due the morning of surgery. There is a $3.00 transaction processing fee for all credit/debit card and online payments. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than a 7 day notice prior to the appointment, or do not show up for your appointment, you will lose that deposit. You can choose the day of the week you prefer. We perform surgery Monday through Thursday. Due to the volume of patients we see, and several large animal welfare groups we assist, we may not be able to guarantee your specific request. Sandhills SNVC is typically booked out for appointments 4-8 weeks for females, and 2-4 weeks for males. However, we will do our very best to accommodate your request.
The appointment request form has a section that requires you to submit the $50.00 payment for the appointment deposit. We are not able to schedule an appointment without the deposit. If you have money for a deposit on your account already, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the animal information and we will be happy to schedule the appointment for you. Please note that there is a $3.00 transaction processing fee for all deposits made over the phone and through our online form.
When we receive the completed appointment request form and confirmation from PayPal that the payment has processed, we will email you to give you the first available date for your appointment and you will be scheduled for that day.
Once you receive that email, confirm back to us within 48 hours that you would like that date or if you prefer a different date. If you do not let us know within the 48 hours that you would like to change the appointment date, your appointment date will be set and the standard missed or canceled appointment fees apply.
An appointment deposit of $50.00 per animal is required prior to scheduling any appointment which will be applied to the price of surgery if you drop your pet off between 7:00am – 7:30am (canines) and 7:30am – 8:00am (felines) on your scheduled appointment day. The remaining balance of your surgery appointment is due the morning of surgery.
We would need AT LEAST SEVEN (7) DAYS notice in order to cancel/reschedule the appointment and leave the prepaid deposit on your account. If you cancel your appointment with at least seven (7) days notice, and would like a refund of your deposit, please note that there is a $3.00 refund processing fee.
If you cancel the appointment in a shorter time frame than seven (7 ) days, the deposit is not refundable and will be removed from your account.
If you NO SHOW for your appointment, you will lose the $50.00 deposit per appointment.
If you have extenuating circumstances, such as your pet having puppies or kittens prior to your appointment, please contact us ASAP.
If your pet becomes ill immediately prior to the appointment, such as vomiting, diarrhea or coughing, please provide us with your veterinary records and we will be happy to reschedule your appointment.
